Meet Coach Young
For more than 20 years, Coach Young has dedicated his life to developing young athletes—not just as competitors, but as leaders, teammates, and people of character.
Throughout his coaching career, he has coached football, basketball, and baseball, helping athletes build confidence, discipline, accountability, and a strong work ethic that extends far beyond the playing field.
Coach Young has proudly served student-athletes at Agua Fria High School, Tolleson High School, and Trivium Prep, where he has earned a reputation as a coach who genuinely cares about the growth and success of every athlete he mentors. His philosophy is simple: great coaches don't just teach the game—they help shape lives.
As the host of The Lockeroom with Coach Young, he brings that same passion to every conversation. Through engaging interviews with coaches, athletes, athletic directors, and community leaders, Coach Young creates a platform where stories are shared, lessons are learned, and the positive impact of sports is celebrated.
Whether he's on the sidelines, behind a microphone, or mentoring the next generation, Coach Young remains committed to inspiring others through leadership, service, and meaningful conversations.

BEN WOLFLEY | TRIVIUM PREP
This week, Coach Young’s Players Spotlight shines on Ben Wolfley, a senior running back and safety at Trivium Prep.
Ben is the definition of a multi-sport student-athlete, competing in football, basketball, and track & field. His athletic accomplishments extend well beyond the football field.

Ben has demonstrated the dedication, discipline, and work ethic it takes to compete at a high level in multiple sports.
But his journey is about more than athletics. After graduation, Ben plans to step away from competition and begin a mission trip, starting the next chapter of his life by serving others.

Head Coach Tiffany Liddile



Desert Edge High School Varsity Woman's Volleyball Coach Tiffany Liddile
Tiffany Liddile is a dedicated and accomplished volleyball coach with a passion for developing disciplined, well-rounded athletes. With 12 years of experience at both the club and high school levels, she has built a reputation for fostering competitive, positive environments where players can grow both on and off the court. Tiffany emphasizes skill mastery, accountability, and hard work, helping her teams achieve long-term success.
Tiffany currently serves as the Head Volleyball Coach at Desert Edge High School, where she continues her commitment to athlete development, competitive excellence, and building a strong program culture. Most recently, Tiffany coached with the Verrado Vipers during the 2025 season, continuing her dedication to developing athletes and creating a competitive, positive team environment. Previously serving as the Varsity Head Coach at Sequoia Pathfinder Academy, Tiffany led her team to the 2023 CAA State Championship and was honored as the 2023 CAA Coach of the Year. She also made history as the first African American State Championship Coach in Arizona. In addition to her high school coaching achievements, she has played a key role in club volleyball, coaching with Outlaws Volleyball Club and previously with AZ Heat Volleyball Club.
Her coaching philosophy is rooted in fundamentals, integrity, and mentorship, ensuring that athletes excel both as players and individuals. With a background in Business Marketing, Tiffany brings leadership, strategy, and a strong work ethic to every team she coaches. Through her dedication and experience, she continues to inspire and develop the next generation of volleyball athletes while building programs centered on growth, accountability, and competitive excellence.
